We know that every community has the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems, and ACRC’s Freshness2Wellness Project helps people realize this potential. our community garden program, Freshness2Wellness Project, provides fresh, healthy, locally grown produce for the sustainable nutritional needs of people living with HIV/AIDS and their families. We are actively raising funds to develop more underutilized land and transforming them into viable, sustainable areas throughout San Mateo County.
