This will consist of a series of simple but effective exercises and movements designed to strengthen and tone-up your body and increase your metabolism. Which will help maintain a healthy weight and muscle mass. Because exercise has been proven to be very important for maintaining a healthy immune system. This important for people that are HIV positive because the better physical condition you are in, the better your HIV medication will work. Recommending you wear loose fitting clothes (sweats are ideal if you have them) Classes will be conducted by James H who has degrees in health sciences and has worked with HIV health and fitness programs. Limited space, we are looking for people serious about maintaining a healthy weight and body image.
